How much does it cost to become an A|Club member?

General membership in the program is free.

I recently joined the A|Club program. When will I receive my membership card?

A|Club will send your membership card to you after your first stay at a participating hotel or resort. Your card should arrive approximately two to three weeks after your first stay.

I just joined A|Club, but stayed at a participating hotel shortly prior to enrollment. Can I get credit for that stay?

No

Can a third party use my A|Club card?

The card is strictly personal and not transferable. It may not be sold or lent to a third party.

How long is the A|Club card valid?

No availability restrictions.There is no pre-determined expiration date.

How many A|Club points do I earn when I stay at a participating hotel?

- Get 2 A|Club points for every euro (€) spent at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure and Suitehotel.
In dollars (US$), that's over 14 A|Club points for every $10 spent (*).
- Get 1 A|Club point for every euro (€) spent at ibis and all seasons.
Earn A|Club points only for weekend stays (including friday, saturday and/or sunday night) at ibis hotels in France.
In dollars (US$), that's over 7 A|Club points for every $10 spent (*).
- Get 2 A|Club points for every euro (€) spent at an Accor Thalassa Institute when staying at a Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel or Mercure hotel.
- Get 1 A|Club point for every euro (€) spent at an Accor Thalassa Institute when staying at ibis or all seasons.
ibis hotels in France only award A|Club points for week-end stays.
In dollars (US$), that's over 7 A|Club points for every US$10 spent (*).
(*) For currencies other than euros, A|Club points are based on the current euro exchange rate.

A|Club Silver members earn a 50% bonus A|Club points, Gold members earn a 75% bonus A|Club points, Platinum members earn a 100% bonus A|Club points.

For how many rooms can I earn credit per stay?

Members can earn A|Club points for up to two rooms per stay when 1) both rooms are paid for by the member and all charges are settled at check-out, and 2) one room is occupied by the member. Please note that when booking two rooms, members only receive one night credit towards the next A|Club elite status.

How can I redeem my A|Club points?

Keeping track of your A|Club Points is easy. You can sign-in to your account on the A|Club web site anytime, or set your preferences to indicate that you’d like to sign up to receive updated account information delivered by e-mail.

Can I earn Airline Miles with my A|Club card when staying at a participating hotel?

You only earn A|Club points when you stay at participating Accor hotels, but those A|Club points can be easily converted into Airline Miles.

Following my stay, how long will it take before my A|Club points are credited to my A|Club account?

Please allow participating A|Club hotels up to ten days from your date of departure to credit your A|Club account with A|Club points for eligible charges.
If your stay does not appear in your account shortly after that time, please use our Missing A|Club Points online form to submit your stay details so that we can follow up on the issue for you.

How can I use my A|Club Points?

Turn your A|Club points into A|Club rewards gift vouchers or Airline Miles easily. A|Club rewards gift vouchers are available in Euros (€) or US Dollars (US$), and are accepted at all participating properties without restrictions: no black-out dates, 7 days a week (except for ibis hotels in France). A|Club rewards gift vouchers are also accepted at our partners! Besides, you can also convert your A|Club points into Airline Miles in a selection of Frequent Flyer programs.

My wife and I each have an A|Club card. Can we merge our A|Club points?

It is not possible to merge your A|Club points if you have two different accounts under two different names.

I have a Frequent Flyer Program card, can I transfer my A|Club points to this FFP account?

Yes, you can transfer your A|Club points into a wide selection of Frequent Flyer Programs. Click on Rewards and after on Airline Miles to proceed to your transfer.

What is the highest A|Club membership status, and how can I reach that level?

The more nights you stay, the higher your A|Club membership status. Platinum membership is the highest level in the program. Your status is automatically upgraded according to the number of A|Club points earned or nights stayed at participating Accor hotels:

Silver status: from 10 nights per year at participating hotels, or 2,500 A|Club points.
Gold status: from 30 nights per year at participating hotels, or 10,000 A|Club points.
Platinum status: from 60 nights per year at participating hotels, or 25,000A|Club points.

What are the requirements to become an A|Club Silver member?

A|Club Silver membership status requires just 10 room nights or 2,500 A|Club points on a rolling 12 month basis. Members at this level receive specific benefits, including a welcome drink and gift at Sofitel hotels, plus a 50% bonus of A|Club points earned.

What are the requirements to become an A|Club Gold member?

After spending 30 nights or earning 10,000 A|Club points at participating hotels within 12 months, your membership is automatically upgraded to A|Club Gold status. Benefits at this level include a welcome drink and gift, late check out, room upgrades, guaranteed availability (with 5 days notice) at Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery hotels, plus a 75% bonus A|Club points earned!

What are the requirements to reach the highest level, A|Club Platinum membership?

After spending 60 nights or earning 25,000 A|Club points at participating hotels within 12 months, your membership is automatically upgraded to A|Club Platinum status. Benefits at this level include a welcome drink and gift, late check out, room upgrades, guaranteed availability (with 3 days notice) at Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery hotels, plus a 100% bonus A|Club points earned!

What is A|Club Favorite Guest card?

The A|Club Favorite Guest card is an annual subscription card (price specified below), that offers discounts and advantages in addition to A|Club points, for any qualifying stay at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, ibis, all seasons and Accor Thalassa properties. It also offers discounts at Europcar.

How much does it cost to get an A|Club Favorite Guest card?

The A|Club Favorite Guest card costs €270 (euros). Benefit from a special offer at €220 for any subscription by June 30, 2009.

How long is my A|Club Favorite Guest card valid?

The card is valid for 1 year from the date of subscription.

What kinds of reductions will I get?

With your A|Club Favorite Guest card, you are sure to benefit from the best room rate when you make your reservation at any of over 2,000 Accor hotels.

At SOFITEL hotels : 5% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At PULLMAN hotels : 15% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At MGALLERY hotels : 15% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At NOVOTEL hotels :15% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At MERCURE : 15% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At SUITEHOTEL : 10% off room rates (**) every day of the week .
At IBIS hotels : 10% off room rates (*),breakfast and dinner every day.
At ALL SEASONS : 10% off room rates (*),breakfast and dinner every day.
At ACCOR THALASSA : 10% reduction on the accommodation costs only, as part of a spa treatment or brand discounts apply when staying without Treatment Package.

Hotels may offer rooms on certain dates at promotional rates that are subject to specific conditions. With your A|Club Favorite Guest card, you will benefit from an additional 5% reduction off these rates, as well as on Suitehotel "4-Night" and "7-Night" packages rates.

With my A|Club Favorite Guest card, am I guaranteed to get a room when and where I wish?

You will benefit from priority booking (see A|Club Favorite Guest Terms and Conditions) up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. This ensures that you will get a room at the hotel you have chosen. If it is completely full, the hotel is committed to accommodating you at the closest hotel in the Accor Group.

How many A|Club points do I earn with the A|Club Favorite Guest card?

1€ spent = 3.5 A|Club points at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, ibis, all seasons and Accor Thalassa properties.

When can I start using my A|Club Points?

You can order A|Club rewards as soon as you have earned 2 000 A|Club points. You can either order your A|Club rewards vouchers in euro (€) or US Dollar (US$):
- 2 000 A|Club points = 40 € in rewards valid for use at partner establishments and in participating hotels all week.
- 2 000 A|Club points = 60 US$ in rewards valid for use at partner establishments and in participating hotels all week.
You can also convert your A|Club points into Airline Miles.

How do I activate my account online?

Click on the link Activate my account and enter your name and member number. You will then simply need to enter your e-mail address in order to activate your account.

Did you lose your member number or password?

In order to receive your member number or password, please click on the link Forgot member number or password?. Please enter the e-mail address used when you enrolled. Within a few minutes you will then receive an e-mail with your member number and new password.

How can I access my account?

It's easy to access your account. Remember to sign in and click on My Account to access your A|Club points statement.

What is the procedure for using my A|Club points?

Visit the Rewards section and select from a variety of rewards. Remember you will need a minimum number of A|Club points to order your first reward.

How do I transfer A|Club points into my Frequent Flyer program?

To transfer A|Club points, select Airline Miles from the Rewards section. There you can transfer A|Club points to your Frequent Flyer account.

I seem to be missing A|Club points for a recent stay. What should I do?

You may report missing A|Club points online in the Customer support section.

What should I do if I am an Accor Favorite Guest member?

Before your membership expires, we will send you a special renewal offer.

What should I do if I am a member of one of the following programs; Accor Favorite Guest IBIS, Accor Favorite Guest CORPORATE, LA CARTE CORPORATE, COMPLIMENTS AMERICAN EXPRESS, ADVANTAGE PLUS COMPLIMENTS BRAZIL programs?

You can join A|Club and start reaping the benefits immediatelly! Unfortunately A|Club is not linked to this programs and your A|Club points/status will not be transferred.

Is there any transition period during which it is not possible to earn or redeem A|Club points?

No, there is no service interruption whatsoever during the transition period.

Will my account number change?

Yes, it will change.

Where and how can I get my new A|Club Favoirte Guest card?

This is very simple; join the program by clicking on Join. Do remember to mantion your former member number upon enrollment process.

And what about my Compliment Points?

They will be converted into A|Club points at the end of your subscription validity period.

10 Compliments points = 5 A|Club points

They will keep the same value as 10 000 A|Club points = 200€ in A|Club rewards gift vouchers (the same amount obteined with 20 000 Compliments points).

How long will I be able to use my Compliments gift vouchers?

They can be used until the date mentioned on their frontside.
You will be able to order A|Club rewards gift vouchers as soon as you enroll to the program.

What should I do if I have received two different A|Club cards?

Simply send us an e-mail using the online request form in the Customer support section and we will provide necessary details.

Can I use my A|Club card and my Compliments American Express card for the same stay?

Yes, you will earn both A|Club and Compliments Points if you present your card upon check in and use your Compliments American Express card to pay your bill.

Can I use my A|Club card and AFG ibis for the same stay?

No, you must either use your A|Club card for A|Club points, or use your AFG ibis card and earn Compliments Points.

Can I use my A|Club card and my frequent flyer card for the same stay?

No, you must either use your A|Club card for A|Club points or use your frequent flyer card and earn Airline Miles.
