Show allI recently joined the A|Club program. When will I receive my membership card?

A|Club will send your membership card to you after your first stay at a participating hotel or resort. Your card should arrive approximately two to three weeks after your first stay.

The card is strictly personal and not transferable. It may not be sold or lent to a third party.

- Get 2 A|Club points for every euro (€) spent at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure and Suitehotel.
In dollars (US$), that's over 14 A|Club points for every $10 spent (*).
- Get 1 A|Club point for every euro (€) spent at ibis and all seasons.
Earn A|Club points only for weekend stays (including friday, saturday and/or sunday night) at ibis hotels in France.
In dollars (US$), that's over 7 A|Club points for every $10 spent (*).
- Get 2 A|Club points for every euro (€) spent at an Accor Thalassa Institute when staying at a Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel or Mercure hotel.
- Get 1 A|Club point for every euro (€) spent at an Accor Thalassa Institute when staying at ibis or all seasons.
ibis hotels in France only award A|Club points for week-end stays.
In dollars (US$), that's over 7 A|Club points for every US$10 spent (*).

A|Club Silver members earn a 50% bonus A|Club points, Gold members earn a 75% bonus A|Club points, Platinum members earn a 100% bonus A|Club points.

Show allFor how many rooms can I earn credit per stay?

Members can earn A|Club points for up to two rooms per stay when 1) both room are paid for by the member and all charges are settled at check-out, and 2) one room is occupied by the member. Please note that when booking two rooms, members only receive one night credit towards the next A|Club elite status.

You only earn A|Club points when you stay at participating Accor hotels, but those A|Club points can be easily converted into Airline Miles.

Please allow participating A|Club hotels up to ten days from your date of departure to credit your A|Club account with A|Club points for eligible charges.

Turn your A|Club points into A|Club rewards gift vouchers or Airline Miles easily. A|Club rewards gift vouchers are available in Euros (€) or US Dollars (US$), and are accepted at all participating properties without restrictions: no black-out dates, 7 days a week (except for ibis hotels in France). A|Club rewards gift vouchers are also accepted at our partners! Besides, you can also convert your A|Club points into Airline Miles in a selection of Frequent Flyer programs.

It is not possible to merge your A|Club points if you have two different accounts under two different names.

The more nights you stay, the higher your A|Club membership status. Platinum membership is the highest level in the program. Your status is automatically upgraded according to the number of A|Club points earned or nights stayed at participating Accor hotels:

Silver status: from 10 nights per year at participating hotels, or 2,500 A|Club points.
Gold status: from 30 nights per year at participating hotels, or 10,000 A|Club points.
Platinum status: from 60 nights per year at participating hotels, or 25,000A|Club points.

A|Club Silver membership status requires just 10 room nights or 2,500 A|Club points on a rolling 12 month basis. Members at this level receive specific benefits, including a welcome drink and gift at Sofitel hotels, plus a 50% bonus of A|Club points earned.

The A|Club Favorite card is an annual subscription card (price specified below), that offers discounts and advantages in addition to A|Club points, for any qualifying stay at Sofitel, Pullman, MGallery, Novotel, Mercure, Suitehotel, ibis, all seasons and Accor Thalassa properties. It also offers discounts at Europcar.

Hotels may offer rooms on certain dates at promotional rates that are subject to specific conditions. With your A|Club Favorite Guest card, you will benefit from an additional 5% reduction off these rates, as well as on Suitehotel "4-Night" and "7-Night" packages rates.

You will benefit from priority booking (see A|Club Favorite Guest Terms and Conditions) up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. This ensures that you will get a room at the hotel you have chosen. If it is completely full, the hotel is committed to accommodating you at the closest hotel in the Accor Group.

- 2 000 A|Club points = 60 US$ in rewards valid for use at partner establishments and in partipating hotels all week.
You can also convert your A|Club points into Airline Miles.

If you were already a member of Sofitel Loyalty or Mouvango Program, you will receive (or have already received) an A|Club communication explaining that you will be automatically enrolled in the new program (meaning you will receive an A|Club card or member number) by February 2009 at the latest.

Yes, you can join either at the hotel or via the Join section of this website. Please remember to mention that you are already a member and provide your former Accor Loyalty Program Member number. If you receive different A|Club cards, keep the card of the higher status (check the Membership Levels section for more details).
Members of the Sofitel Privilege and Accor Mouvango programs must join by November 30th, 2008 in order to have their Compliments Points transfered to A|Club points. Remember that your A|Club can be extended indefintely.

Show allI am a member of both Sofitel Privilege and Mouvango programs. Will my two accounts be merged into a single A|Club account?

Yes, your accounts will be merged. If the merge does not happen automatically, you may receive two A|Club cards. If this should occur, please send a photocopy of both your cards to the A|Club Customer Service Centre, where we will take care of merging your accounts correctly.

If you receive one A|Club card, but you notice that your A|Club points balance is incomplete, please fill out a request form in the Customer support section. Make sure to include all of your former account numbers.
